| Nesbitt Construction: A 25 year history of solid structures. Nesbitt Construction, Inc. was founded twenty-five years ago with $2,500 and a dream. Drawing on personal savings to open a business account, Bill Nesbitt hired two carpenters and a laborer, grabbed a pen and pencil, and went to work. Nesbitt Construction was in business! During the second year of operation, Nesbitt Construction built its first restaurant, a Pizza Planet at Chestnut and Glenstone. This led to a string of restaurant construction projects including Mayfield's Restaurant in Strafford; Uncle Bentley's and Mandarin Inn in Springfield; Master Wong locations in Springfield, Bolivar and Osage Beach; and all the St. Louis Bread Company locations in Springfield, Branson and Joplin. Nesbitt Construction's preferred method of contracting is through negotiating. A large percentage of the company's sales volume comes from negotiated work. While the bidding process has its place, it does not always match deserving owners with capable contractors. Clients should deal with nothing less than the quality results of a competent contractor. The negotiated relationship allows Nesbitt Construction to address client needs at the earliest possible opportunity. We feel this allows our client to exchange their hard-earned dollars for the best construction services possible. Nesbitt Construction believes in the quality of its work and adheres to the philosophy that a job worth doing is worth doing right. Customer service is the foundation on which the business is built - our workers go the extra mile and put in the extra hours to provide a superior product. |
